Sustainability
The promotion of sustainable development and environmentally friendly manufacturing processes has become a major trend in the market. As industries strive to reduce their carbon footprint, there is a growing preference for tools and materials that are not only safe but also have less impact on the environment during production. This trend has led to an increase in demand for production using sustainable methods, such as tools involving recycled alloys or using renewable energy in the manufacturing process, and the company mainly uses recycled alloys.
Our products are completely lead-free, offering a revolutionary, high-performance solution aligned with global environmental standards.
Lead has been classified as a carcinogen by the DHHS, EPA, and IARC. Exposure can lead to anemia, organ damage, and even death. During processing—such as refining, casting, or machining—lead slag, vapor, and dust pose serious health and environmental risks.
Although RoHS 2.0 limits lead content to below 0.1%, and an exemption for high-lead copper alloy C36000 was extended in 2021, this does not justify continued use. The global move to ban lead in plumbing and solder highlights the shift toward safer, more sustainable materials—like ours.

Beryllium copper alloys are classified as Class 1 carcinogens by the IARC, posing serious risks to human health and the environment. Our products are completely beryllium-free, ensuring safety throughout production, processing, use, and storage. They are eco-friendly, non-toxic materials that support sustainable development.
We are committed to advancing safer materials. Our processes—from melting and heat treatment to machining and grinding—are designed to minimize environmental impact and protect the health of both employees and users.
